Meaningful work,
not just a job.

We are looking for people who sincerely care about our clients and share the same values as Cascade Lawn Care.

We hire on values before experience, and then we train. If you care about doing a job properly and you like being outside, the rest can be taught.

Roles we hire for

Lawn maintenance · Landscape maintenance · Irrigation maintenance and installation · Hardscape installation · Landscape installation

What we provide

Training on how to perform the job properly, and equipment good enough to do it at a high standard. You are not going to be handed a worn out mower and told to figure it out.
