Fall cleanup

A fall cleanup gets the leaves off the lawn and out of the beds, the hard surfaces blown clean and the beds cut back and tidied. Everything is hauled away, or disposed of the way you prefer. Our dedicated cleanup crew does the work, and your cleanup crew is always your cleanup crew, so the same people come back knowing the property.

Irrigation winterization

Water left sitting in a line freezes, expands, and can split it, so the system gets blown out before the first hard freeze. We do blowouts through the fall.

Aeration and overseeding

Aeration and overseeding are done in spring or fall, when the grass is actively growing, so the seed takes in the openings and the lawn fills back in.
