This policy explains what information Cascade Lawn Care (Cascade Maintenance Services LLC) collects through cascadelawncare.com, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. If anything here is unclear, call (360) 389-2557 and you will get a straight answer from a person.
The short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can call you back and give you an estimate. We use cookies to see which pages bring in enquiries and to measure our ads, and you can turn those off. We do not sell your information, and we never share your phone number with anyone for their marketing.
If you allow it, Google Analytics and our advertising tags record the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), the device and browser you use, and how you arrived. See Cookies and your choices below.
Our phone system keeps a record of calls and texts with our business number, including voicemails. Emails stay in our inbox. We use these the same way we use form details: to answer you and do the work.
When you send a request, we may text you once to confirm we have it. If you tick "OK to text me about this request", we may also text you about that request: questions about the property, scheduling the estimate visit, and the estimate itself. We do not send marketing by text.
We do not share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are only shared with the service providers below that send and log our messages for us.
We rely on a few service providers. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job for us, and is not allowed to use your information for its own purposes. They are:
Online bill payment happens on a separate secure portal run by our billing provider. We never see or store your full card number; the portal's own privacy terms apply there.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We would only disclose it if the law requires us to, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of selling the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
Cookies are small files a site saves in your browser. We sort ours into three groups:

We do not send Meta your name, phone number or email address.You can change your choice at any time: . Visitors in Europe and the UK are asked before any analytics or advertising cookies are set.
You can also turn off personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, manage the ads Meta shows you in its ad preferences, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at aboutads.info, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works with every optional cookie turned off. Google explains how it uses information from sites like ours at policies.google.com, and Meta in its privacy policy.
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it within 30 days, unless we have to keep something by law (tax records, for example), in which case we will tell you what and why. You can also unsubscribe from emails using the link in any of them, and stop texts by replying STOP.

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, the systems that receive them only accept requests from this website, and access to our customer records is limited to the people who run the business. No system is perfectly secure, but if something ever went wrong with your information, we would tell you.
This site is for property owners and managers. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us their details, let us know and we will delete them.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
